Being a long time fan of this company since their launch & purchasing 8 frames over the years, I would give them 5 stars. This said, my experience with my recent order of two frames, was bad to say the least. 1. 2.5 month delay in delivery 2. The Nation Frames had an over tightened screw on the left lens connect. The optometrist rejected to fill the RX stating they were unable to unscrew. 4. I contacted Hoolens, sent the rejection letter and pics of the screw & requested a replacement frame.
Hoolens denied the request and stated the screw was damaged by the lens installer, and they would give me a discount to purchase another frame. I’ve since tried to unscrew using clamp and high grade driver. The screw is absolutely stuck.
Customer service should know bettter, admit their mistake & send a replacement.
I will not be purchasing from Hoolens any longer.

Best pair from you guys yet. Very light and great looking. I've already signed on for the Lance 0².

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long until my order arrives?

Once the survey is filled, we'll start the production that will take 2.5 months.
The process to build your glasses will take from 2 to 10 days. From the moment you receive your tracking, the parcel takes from 2 days to 5 days to reach the destination

Will I Have To Pay Duties / VAT for my glasses ?

That depends on your local tax code. Any applicable duties/VAT are the sole responsibility of the customers. We do not have any control over charging each customer additional duties/VAT at the time the order is made, therefore these fees (if applicable) may be imposed at the time of receiving the package. If you have any doubts whether or not you will be charged duties/VAT for your order, please contact your local post office. All our parcels will be shipped from Europe. ( No custom fee for EU countries)
